Payments
The prices displayed on our website are valid only for Italy and include VAT and packaging. Delivery to the address specified by the customer is included in the price shown in case of orders over 40 euros VAT included. Otherwise, the cost of delivery charges is 9.00 euros. Due to seasonal variations or possible errors and/or omissions, prices may change without notice.

Payment can be made:
    - with Credit Cards; Acetificio Mengazzoli Snc uses the Nexi bank gateway for all the electronic payments. The card details are transmitted through a secure https connection to the Nexi gateway which returns only the masked card data (Token). Acetificio Mengazzoli Snc doesn't hold the credit card numbers of its Customers but only the univocal reference to the data residing on Nexi Secure Servers. Credit cards issued by any bank may be used, as long as they are authorized.
    - in advance by bank transfer, using the IBAN that will be sent to you following the order confirmation;
Customers who need an invoice must make a request at the time of ordering by entering the V.A.T. Number.

Delivery
Acetificio Mengazzoli Snc delivers directly to the address specified by the customer at the time of order. Depending on the destination area of the goods, the delivery time can vary from 5 to 10 days, barring accidents.

Unavailability of the Products
In case the ordered products are temporarily unavailable, Acetificio Mengazzoli Snc will promptly inform the customer, without prejudice to the latter's right to cancel the order.

Right of Withdrawal
The customer, according to the D.Lgs. 06/09/05 N°206 and following modifications, has the right to withdraw from the contract and proceed to the return of the goods within 14 days from the receipt, giving notice to Acetificio Mengazzoli Snc- 46010 Curtatone (MN), calling the telephone number +39 0376 47444 or writing to the address info@shop.delisea.it
The returned goods must be intact and include the packaging with which it was delivered.
Acetificio Mengazzoli Snc will refund the amount paid within 30 days from the communication of the withdrawal by the customer, including also the eventual transport costs charged for the delivery.
The transport costs for the return of the goods are charged to the customer.

Complaints
For any report, complaint or request for information you can contact directly the address: info@shop.delisea.it indicating the order number assigned at the conclusion of the order and reported in the order confirmation sent via E Mail. It is recommended to check the goods well before collecting them and immediately report to the courier any shortages or breakages that must be indicated on the delivery note. Any subsequent dispute relating to the shipment not indicated on the shipping document will not be accepted.

Protection of Minors
Minors under 18 years of age are not authorized, if not under the control of an adult family member, to transmit orders.
